INDIANAPOLIS TO BE SITE OF NEXT SHERWIN-WILLIAMS AUTOMOTIVE FINISHES A-PLUS™ UNIVERSITY ECOLEAN™ LEVEL 1 WORKSHOP

Warrensville Heights, Ohio – Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will hold its next A-Plus^™ EcoLean^™ Level 1 workshop September 14 – 15, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 10 East Market, Indianapolis, Ind. The EcoLean Level 1 workshop is exclusively designed to educate attendees about maximizing profitability by improving productivity and eliminating waste throughout their facilities.

The focus of the EcoLean^™ program is two-fold.  Trained professionals share best practices for driving profitability and productivity while helping facilities reduce their overall environmental waste. Previous workshops have been well attended by leading collision shop owners and dealer managers from across the United States and Canada.

The upcoming EcoLean Level 1 workshop scheduled for Indianapolis is specifically developed to meet the needs of collision shop operators. Instructors will teach attendees about the history of lean production and how to build a lean culture from the ground up. Shop owners and managers will also be given useful tips on lean production’s practical application in collision repair, and methods to make collision shops more efficient.

The program also educates shop owners on the connection between environmentally sound business decisions and the reduction of process and environmental waste. Participants will leave the two-day event with tangible tools to increase the quality, production output and profitability of their businesses.
