Single Stage Color Application

The Planet Color Barrett-Jackson Restoration System simplifies the vehicle paint restoration process. Available in complete project kits, the Restoration System can be completed in two steps - Primer and Color. Because the color is a single stage paint no clear coat is required, but can be used optionally for added finish depth for buffing.

3-Stage Color Application

The eye-catching depth of 3-stage colors requires the use of a mid-coat in addition to your base and clear topcoats. Planet Color 3-stage colors include candy finishes and optically enhanced colors featuring state-of-the-art effect pigment additives. 3-Stage colors are more complicated to apply than standard basecoat/clearcoat colors, but produce truly unique finishes that are sure to turn heads.
